This is where the adventure begins. Once you fill out our inquiry form, we'll schedule a call to chat about your business, your goals, and any initial questions. After we chat, you'll get a custom proposal that walks through the full scope of the project, investment, and contract.

Once the initial deposit has been made, your spot is officially secured! From there, you'll be onboarded into our project hub in Notion, where everything is laid out clearly so collaboration is super easy. That way, our energy stays where it belongs: creating a bold, kick-ass design for your business.

Part strategy session / part brand therapy… This is where we uncover what makes your business different and define the direction we’re building toward. You’ll complete a brand questionnaire that helps us understand your business, your audience, and the overall vision.

Once we’re aligned, we start shaping the creative direction for your brand. This includes mood boards, visual inspiration, and the overall aesthetic direction we’ll use as our guide throughout the design phase.

This is where everything starts coming to life. Using the strategy and creative direction we’ve built together, we begin designing your brand or website.

You’ll see concepts, visuals, and layouts that translate the strategy into something tangible and uniquely yours. We’ll refine and polish through revisions until everything feels aligned and ready to shine.

Once everything is finalized, you’ll receive all of your brand assets organized and ready to use. Logos, brand files, guidelines, and anything else included in your package.

If we’re working on a website, this is when your site is fully prepped and ready to launch.

By the end of the project, you’ll have a cohesive design that feels clear, confident, and ready to show up everywhere your business lives.

06. Keep it Growing

Our work together doesn’t have to end at delivery. As your business grows, you may need additional design pieces like social graphics, print materials, launch assets, or other marketing materials. We’re always happy to support those projects and keep your brand strong and consistent!

If we’ve built your website, we also include one month of technical support after launch to make sure everything runs smoothly. That way you have a little extra peace of mind while your new site settles in.

  • It typically takes about two weeks from inquiry to kickoff, which gives us enough time to ask additional questions and prep everything needed for a successful discovery call. That said, it does also depend on availability. We only have a small number of spots available each month so every project gets our full creative energy, not the leftovers.

    If you have a launch date in mind, tell us. We’ll map out a timeline that makes sense and keeps things moving without feeling rushed.

    Pro tip: the earlier you reach out, the better. Our spots fill up quickly and we’d love to save you one!

  • Short answer: no.

    A logo by itself is just a tiny slice of your brand. It might look good, but it won’t carry the weight of your full story. The magic happens when strategy, visuals, voice, and direction all work together.

    That’s why logo design lives inside our full branding packages. When you work with Neon Jungle Creative, you’re getting the big picture: strategy, custom logos, color palettes, typography, visual direction… the whole ecosystem.

    Your business deserves more than a pretty mark. It deserves a brand that feels bold, cohesive, and completely you.

  • Yes! Our standard payment plan splits your investment into three parts: deposit, at approval of creative direction, and at hand-over of final files. Our extended payment plan splits it into four payments over four months, charged at the 1st of each month.

  • Most phases of the project include two rounds of revisions. This gives us space to refine and polish without spiraling into endless tweaks.

    If you need additional revisions beyond what’s included, we’re happy to provide them for an added fee per round. Our goal is always to land on something that feels aligned and intentional, not rushed or overworked.

  • Yes! Every branding package includes brand guidelines so you’re never left guessing how to use your new visuals.

    Our Brand Foundations and Brand Evolution packages include a streamlined, single-page mini guide that covers the essentials.

    Our Full Bloom Brand & Identity package includes a comprehensive multi-page brand guide that walks you through your visual system, usage tips, and clear do’s and don’ts so your brand stays strong and consistent wherever it shows up.

  • Absolutely! Once your brand is established, we offer additional design services to help you roll it out with confidence.

    This can include social graphics, launch assets, print materials, event collateral, digital pieces, and more. These are quoted separately based on scope so you’re only investing in what you actually need.
